How it works

Two ways coordinators come on

If a business you already work with is moving onto the platform, they bring you with them and you keep the relationship you built. If you are coming to this on your own, I introduce you and work comes to you as it opens in your area.

The accounts you bring keep paying you.

You bring the account, we split the profit on it 50/50, every hour it bills, for as long as it runs. On accounts we bring you, you still earn on every hour; the split is different. We work them together. The relationship stays yours. I will walk you through the numbers on the call.

1. We talk for thirty minutesHow are you handling it today, and what happens when somebody calls off two hours before the shift? That is the whole first call. If this is not a fit, I will say so.
2. Your officers get verifiedEach one confirms sworn status through ID.me. Officers you already work with stay your officers.
3. The admin moves off your deskScheduling, timekeeping, payroll and invoicing run on the platform instead of out of your phone. Most of the assembly work you would otherwise do by hand is done for you.

Day to day, fill and escalation run through illuno operations together with the coordinator on your account, so coverage does not sit on any one person being reachable. I stay on the business side of it, which is where you want me when something needs sorting out.

Departments come at this from a different angle. You are not trying to find work. You are trying to give your officers a clean, documented way to take it, without your staff building the schedule and without questions later about who authorized what.

Your officers are paid market rate, insured on the post, and paid within days of the shift. Nothing is deducted for a middleman, because there is not one.

Your officers are not charged for any of it. Nothing is deducted from what they earn, so nobody in your department is paying for the privilege of picking up approved work.
