Matt Payne

Matt Payne is a global security and crisis management executive and corporate security consultant with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise security, crisis response, and executive protection across U.S. and international operations. A former USAF Combat Controller and Chief of Police, he has built intelligence-led, risk-based security programs for technology and financial services organizations, overseeing global safety and security for large, multi-site environments. Matt is recognized for designing adaptive, scalable security and crisis management programs and is a co-founder of the Outer Circle Foundation, where he supports PTSD awareness, suicide prevention, and resilience initiatives for veterans and first responders.
