As Vice President of Global Security at CEVA Logistics, he led a 30-member team in building a world-class security infrastructure that improved operational efficiency across international operations. Under his leadership:

Budget management of $20M OPEX and $50M CAPEX yielded a 50%+ reduction in physical guard costs.
The launch of a $31M Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) was completed on time and within budget, achieving ROI in under two years.

Between 2012 and 2021, his initiatives reduced annual operating expenses by more than $2 million while strengthening security standards across 50+ newly onboarded sites and 200+ locations under his direction. Foundations in Law Enforcement and Investigations
McDonald’s distinguished career began at the Snellville Police Department, where he served from 1998 to 2012, advancing to Detective Sergeant and leading the Criminal Investigations Division.
From 2002 to 2004, he was assigned to the Gwinnett County Police Department’s Special Investigations Section, working alongside the ATF, DEA, and ICE on undercover narcotics operations. His work helped achieve one of the largest drug seizures in Gwinnett County history, a testament to his investigative precision and commitment to excellence.
During his law enforcement career, McDonald received multiple commendations, including the Gwinnett County Valor Team Award (2008) and a nomination for the Valor Team Award (2009), recognizing his courage and leadership in the field.
