Currently serving as Corporate Security Manager at a Global, industry-leading 3PL, Concepcion leads strategic initiatives focused on cargo theft prevention, ethics investigations, and operational risk management across the company’s North American operations. His leadership combines tactical field expertise with executive-level vision, ensuring alignment between security operations and broader business objectives.

Before joining his current company, Concepcion held key security leadership roles with CEVA Logistics, including Regional Security Manager and Security Investigator. During his tenure, he achieved a standout year in 2023, recovering over $14 million in stolen assets through coordinated investigative efforts, interagency collaboration, and data-driven analysis. His contributions significantly enhanced regional security performance, compliance, and investigative integrity across the Eastern United States.

Concepcion’s private-sector success is built upon more than 15 years of law enforcement and investigative experience, where he focused on organized crime, surveillance operations, and multi-agency coordination. During his tenure with the City of Snellville Police Department, he advanced through the ranks of Senior Investigator and Sergeant, leading the Criminal Investigations Division in case clearances and arrests for three consecutive years. His investigative portfolio included fraud, property crimes, and sexual assault cases handled with precision and professionalism.
