Prior to his current role, Sullivan held key positions with other major P&C carriers, including Regional Field Lead Investigator for multi-state operations across the Southeast. He managed investigations into cargo theft, auto theft, cyber incidents, fidelity, and general liability claims, achieving significant recoveries — including a $1.5 million electronics theft solved and recovered within hours. Sullivan also developed a Social Media Investigations Toolkit adopted across multiple investigative teams, advancing the use of digital intelligence in claims validation and fraud detection.
